We had a great time at this house. It was well-appointed. The heated pool was terrific. The furnishings were of a better quality than a typical short-term rental. We liked the proximity to the highway, shopping, restaurants, downtown and the airport. Two great dog parks in the area as well as the nice walking path of the Upper Tampa Bay Trail. The owner/manager was cordial and professional in all communication.
Would definitely recommend and will keep this on my list of places to stay in the future.

My extended family and I (12 total) stayed for a week and the house had everything we needed. Host was very attentive and helpful although we didn't really need much but answered questions quickly. Pool was my favorite part, nights got a little chilly but pool water was always warm and enclosure helped it stay clean. Plenty of space to stretch out and lots of little extra like beach towels, cooler, extra blankets, air fryer. Close to shopping and main road to quickly get us on our way to beach and other attractions.

The backyard is a beautiful oasis. The temperatures were seasonally cool while we were there so the heated pool was amazing and much appreciated!!! Great BBQ grilling area, nice outdoor furniture with fire pit and TV. Super convenient to have the outdoor bathroom. We don’t have kids but they have a pool box filled with toys if you’re traveling with little ones.
Inside furnishings were really nice you have a formal space which we did not use and the comfy den like area, along with two dining areas. If you have a big family or traveling with a large group you have plenty of room for seating in this house.
The Master bedroom king bed was super comfy. The en-suite bathroom is a little small but very nice. Had to do some remote work while there so the office space upstairs was really nice.
Super responsive host, the snack gift pack and Brut bubbly was such a nice surprise on arrival. Beautiful property, would definitely recommend this house to others.
