Ubytovateľ žiadal zálohu (kauciu)300 euro, ktorá mala byť bezprostredne po skončení pobytu vrátená. Bola vrátená až po urgenciách - nie automaticky.

Tutto come descritto, il gestore molto gentile, puntuale per consegna chiavi. La casa pulita, vicino a mezzi pubblici e anche parcheggio auto se necessario.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean apartment. Comfortable beds. Strong wifi. Enough space(rooms) for the family with kid. Decent grocery stores nearby and kitchen equipment - ability to cook.
Location - it is a living block in the projects 10 metro stops away from city center and 30-40 mins of a good walk from the sea. Nothing like "near to the beach". Overall surroundings are not good for family walks, unless you want real local life experience.
Air conditioner was only in the main room, so it was quite hot in the bedrooms.
