Magnificent apartment close to the beach

Apartamento bien iluminado limpio y moderno lástima un poco descuidado. Cocina y Habitaciónes grandes . Cerca de todo: playa paradas de buses supermercados. Fácilmente accesible desde el aeropuerto vía uber o taxi! Recomiendo

Baño sin ventilación. Terrazas poco iluminadas.

The size of the apartment was excellent. It felt secure and it had most facilities we were seeking. It had secure car parking (of a generous size for Spain!). It was within walking distance of a popular metro line.

The air conditioning wasn’t great and neither was the lighting. The location is in a clearly lower socio economic residential area not catering for tourists at all; while there are shops and restaurants nearby they clearly only cater for the local market. Whilst the metro is within walking distance there is no direct line to the airport; if you have suitcases be aware of the requirement to change trains with your luggage.

Good location, close to the beach and our conference centre. Great kitchen facilities and aircon. Good bathrooms and bedrooms. Nice balcony and great pool. Location was secure based on locked gate and multiple doors to enter.

Cracked glass on one of the balcony panels, not dangerous but still unexpected. Short power-cut on last day, we worked out how to reset the fuse eventually.

Modern, spacious apartment. Convenient for ring road and trams. Free on-street parking (subject to availability). Fully accessible (lift to apartment and no steps within apartment).

Not clean. Poorly maintained (broken and missing parts in kitchen, broken and missing trim and skirting boards). Balcony unusable due to broken glass panel. Noisy location.
