Großes, helles Apartment mit sehr viel Potential! Es sind zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer sowie ein großes Wohn-/Esszimmer und die Küche. Auch der Balkon ist sehe schön zum draußen sitzen. Der Strand ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat einen persönlich empfangen. Die Lage ist auch in Ordnung, Tram direkt vor der Tür.
Die Sauberkeit allgemein hat leider sehr zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Es war alles recht fleckig und schmierig, vor allem die Küche und die Böden. Allgemein ist alles sehr abgewohnt und abgegriffen. Viele Küchenutensilien sind beschädigt und es fehlt an Ausstattung, Geschirr war teilweise dreckig.
Es fehlen Rollos zur Abdunklung und Sonnenschutz, im Sommer wird es sicher heiß.
Es ist recht laut durch die Autobahn in der Nähe, aber die Fenster sind recht gut gedämmt.
