Ήμασταν παρέα 7 κοριτσιών και βολευτήκαμε πάρα πολύ άνετα . Είχε δύο μπάνια οπότε μπορούσαμε να είμαστε άνετες και τα κρεβάτια ήταν καταπληκτικά . Επίσης παρόλο που δεν είναι κεντρική περιοχή το μετρό είναι δίπλα όπως και η στάση για λεωφορείο . Υπάρχει και νυχτερινό το οποίο σε αφήνει πολύ κοντά .
Είχε μια περίεργη μυρωδιά όταν μπαίναμε στην πολυκατοικία και τη δεύτερη μέρα βρήκαμε μια κατσαρίδα στο ένα μπάνιο . Είχαμε ένα θέμα με το νερό όταν κάναμε μπάνιο , δεν έφτανε για όλες . Η περιοχή φαινόταν αρκετά επικίνδυνη, ειδικα για μια παρέα κοριτσιών .

Beds and pillows were comfy; I have slept very well. We did not hear anything, no noise from neighbors or streets; it was very quiet for 6 days and a real vacation. There is a lot of space in rooms, a nice table, a couch, a living room, and a very well-equipped kitchen, including a microwave, always hot water, AC and a nice terrace. There is a smart TV with WiFi and YouTube. Windows had shutters to block sunlight and made kids sleep in nicely. Owner checked day before and prepared beds.
Everything was very clean, which was important because we visited with little children. I would rate apartment 8 out of 10.
Location pros are that there are a lot of stores that are open even until 11 PM. You have everything you need in a few-minute walking radius; Lidl is close, and there are other stores, including a very good bakery with coffee and KST with everything that you need for home or kids.
You need 5 minutes to reach the L2 metro in Sant Adria station, and from there it is 12 minutes to La Sagrada, even that Google Maps says 20-24. You can reach all parts of the city easily by changing the metro at La Pau or Clot.
There was a smell coming from toilet, but that is not related to the apartment, but to the whole building ventilation system and it seems other buildings have it too. Building interior reeks of it. I would suggest to fellow travelers to turn OFF light in the bathroom so that ventilator turns OFF and smell is gone after a while. I would recommend to owner to split toilet switch for light and ventilator into two so that ventilator can be turned off, and set it off by default.
Apartment has mold, which is visible on walls. I would suggest paint job and mold removal for owner. It did not have health issues for us, but should be addressed.
Did not like that there is no option for late check out - to pay for couple of hours since apartment was free, but I understand that that is policy.
On first look, location could seem like a "ghetto", unsafe and dirty, to some, but I did not feel unsafe and it did not feel dirtier then other parts for city or other big cities. We did not have any bad experience, neighbors and store workers are friendly, and even walking with kids during late evening - dark hours was no problematic.
Since the apartment price was a lot less then it Barcelona center, it was a good choice for us.

Everything. It was all perfect.
Everything is good and I have nothing to say. The whole property is clean and especially toilettes are clean.

L'appartamento è pulito e abbastanza confortevole. La cucina ha tutta la dotazione necessaria.
L'aria condizionata è presente solamente in salotto, mentre le camere non ne sono provviste.
La settimana del nostro alloggio era molto calda e l'appartamento è all'ultimo piano.., le camere erano troppo calde per un sonno confortevole.
