Mediterranean House in Badalona:
Welcome to our home! Our goal during your stay will be to make you feel it as if it were yours...
This is a house built in 1949 and renovated 5 years ago but preserving the essence of the village and also its more Mediterranean and comfortable side. In the inner courtyard you can see an old jar brought from Murcia.
Located in a very quiet street, without noise, it is ideal for rest. In addition we have also created a work space in the dining room (common area), available for 2 pc.
It has a very spacious kitchen with dining table. Laundry room where you will also find iron and ironing board, cleaning products... And a complete bathroom with shower. As for the bedrooms of the house, in total there are 3. Two of them with double bed, and the third with two single beds. In total adding up to a maximum capacity to accommodate 6 people in the house.
In short, we wanted to create a fresh, versatile and comfortable space.
Its proximity to the subway to move to Barcelona, is another of the strengths of the location of our home. A 5 minute walk will take you to the metro station, and in 20 minutes you will reach the center of Barcelona. The train station is a 15-minute walk away and connects directly to Plaza Catalunya, with no transfer.
Also, just 3 minutes away is the Magic de Badalona shopping center where you will find many shopping options, as well as a supermarket (Mercadona).Halfway from the shopping center you can walk through the park of turó del Caritg old park of the canyons, there you can reach a viewpoint and observe the entire skyline of Barcelona from Badalona at sunset or at any time of day, a real beauty.
A 15 minute walk away you will find the beach, the port and the petroleum bridge, a more touristic area of Badalona.
We couldn't love this place more, so we hope you have a fantastic experience when you visit us!
