Wir waren Anfang November 2025 mit 3 Personen in der Ferienwohnung. Sie liegt sehr gut, nicht weit weg vom Strand, vom Zentrum von Badalona sowie von der Metrostation (Pep Ventura, ca. 3-4 Minuten), daher ist man auch schnell im Zentrum von Barcelona.
Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen, die Matratzen waren ok. Die elektronische Öffnung von Haus- und Wohnungstüren hat problemlos funktioniert.
Leider ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig, der Hund von unten sowie Gespräche, Fernsehprogramm, Schritte etc. von oben waren gut zu hören. Im Badezimmer gibt es keine Haken zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern etc. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist spärlich. Mittlerweile gibt es eine einfache Kaffeemaschine, als Teetrinker haben wir die Glaskanne der Kaffeemaschine umfunktioniert. Der Geschirrspüler funktionierte leider nicht richtig, da die Klappe für das Geschirrspülmittel defekt war – dann spült man eben mit der Hand. Einen Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen gibt es leider nicht, das entsprechende Bild in der Beschreibung ist falsch.

It was renovated recently, nice and clean. Central location in Badalona, paid parking nearby.
Asked to pay a 300 euros deposit on some weird website. Staff was rude about it and didn’t provide any other real options.
You need to climb six floors on the very narrow stairs for the apartment, which is a real challenge if you have baggage, kids, or bad knees.
The apartment is freezing cold, one room doesn’t have an ac, I suppose in summer it will be hell.
For almost a week we get 1 laundry capsule and one dishwasher capsule. No olive oil, salt, coffee, or anything. You need to buy everything for the short stay.
Hot water here is a privilege, not a right. Sometimes you get it, sometimes you just wait 15 minutes in the ice bath and nothing happens.
Keys are locked at 12.00 and there are no one for you to help, if you need to come back 5 minutes later.
