Logement pratique et accessible, plutôt propre et au juste prix

Pas assez de verres disponibles et pas assez de chaises (4) autour de la table. Le mobilier est usé, le lit grince beaucoup. Effectivement on entend fort la circulation mais heureusement pas besoin d'ouvrir les fenêtres en avril.

Shower not great and toilet seat was broken

The apartment itself was fine and generally as expected. The location was good and convenient for getting around, with nearby amenities and easy access to the surrounding area.

Unfortunately, our experience with the staff and management was very disappointing. We were spoken to in a condescending and rude manner when we raised legitimate issues during our stay. After check-out, our deposit was taken for damages we did not cause, including issues that were already present before our stay. Despite multiple attempts to communicate calmly and resolve the matter, we were ignored and eventually ghosted. If you are looking for a smooth and comfortable stay with fair and respectful treatment, I would not recommend this property.
