Zia, the grandmother who took care of everything, was very kind. The bathroom was clean, I could do my laundry for 10 lari, and the room was clean as well. The house is a beautiful old house, and I liked that it was situated a bit out of the city center, so you could enjoy a bit more silence. As someone before wrote, it's very easy to take the bus into the city center.

There was no AC: I could have known this, but didn't think about it, so it was a bit warm at night. I also paid for the dinner and the breakfast, which were nice, but not too much, so I felt that, since I'm on a bit of a budget, I could have also gotten dinner and breakfast elsewhere. Still, thank you Zia for your very welcoming warmth and the nice stay!

It was like staying with a family, the owners were extremely friendly despite the language barriers.

I definitely recommend choosing Tbilisi-Marjani for your trip or temporary stay. The hostess of the hotel is incredibly hospitable. I agree with the reviews above - you will feel right at home. Very clean, comfortable mattresses and good bedding. There are shops nearby and a bus stop where you can take the 360, 336, 319 to the Station Square subway. In this cozy home will always offer you a cup of coffee and a nice time in the shady patio outside the house.
