Wir waren zwei Nächte und von Anfang bis zum Ende sind wir exzellent bewirtschaftet worden. Der Besitzer ist fantastisch und seine zwei Hunde sind sehr sehr lieb. Er half uns sehr mit dem Gepäck und auch mit Transport zum Flughafen. Ich empfehle jedem, der in Tiflis einen wunderbaren Platz haben möchte. Es gibt dort einen wunderschönen Garten.

Чисто, комфортный номер, хороший хозяин, очень милая собачка Дени, овчарка))) Хозяин приятный, отзывчивый. На все вопросы и просьбы относился с пониманием. В следующем году заедем снова! Всем советую!

Можно с животными (у самого хозяина хорошая, прекрасная собачка), до центра (до метро, центрального рынка и ТД) можно добраться очень быстро и легко (прогулочным шагом)

Хозяин замечательный, гостеприимный, добродушный человек, сразу понял что по фотографиям мы ожидали большего комфорта и вполне открыто принял нашу оценку. Предоставил обогреватель. Уютная общая терраса с видом на частный сектор Тбилиси.
Сам номер неуютный, было холодно, попросили обогреватель. Недоставало полотенец. В кухонной зоне минимальный набор посуды отсутствовал. Выхода на балкон из комнаты не оказалось. Для двоих нормально, для троих тесно. В ванной комнате нет вентиляции, запах сырости, нет полочек куда поставить принадлежности, отсутствовал держатель для туалетной бумаги, так как нет шторы, когда принимаешь душ мокрое всё, в том числе туалетная бумага. Подъезд к дому весьма экстремальный, узкие улочки с крутыми поворотами и подъемом.
