Можно с животными (у самого хозяина хорошая, прекрасная собачка), до центра (до метро, центрального рынка и ТД) можно добраться очень быстро и легко (прогулочным шагом)

Был в этом отеле 2 раза , отличный вариант! Отдельно спасибо Зурабу хозяину отеля в прошлый раз среди ночи сам приехал за нами, ну главный герой отеля это Дони шикарный пес , умный добрый ! Реально очень красиво и шикарный вид ! За такие деньги вы нигде в Тбилиси не найдете , 15 мин пешком от жд вокзала .

Хозяин замечательный, гостеприимный, добродушный человек, сразу понял что по фотографиям мы ожидали большего комфорта и вполне открыто принял нашу оценку. Предоставил обогреватель. Уютная общая терраса с видом на частный сектор Тбилиси.
Сам номер неуютный, было холодно, попросили обогреватель. Недоставало полотенец. В кухонной зоне минимальный набор посуды отсутствовал. Выхода на балкон из комнаты не оказалось. Для двоих нормально, для троих тесно. В ванной комнате нет вентиляции, запах сырости, нет полочек куда поставить принадлежности, отсутствовал держатель для туалетной бумаги, так как нет шторы, когда принимаешь душ мокрое всё, в том числе туалетная бумага. Подъезд к дому весьма экстремальный, узкие улочки с крутыми поворотами и подъемом.
