Marina, the host, is a lovely lady who will help you enjoy your stay to the full. The location is great, with the metro and buses nearby. There are supermarkets and eatery's just around the corner. And for the price, it is excellent. Highly recommended.

The bathroom door creaked quite loudly which was inconvenient during the night.

The home and all of the rooms are beautiful. Marina is a very kind host and I felt very welcomed. This guesthouse is by far the best I have visited in Tbilisi and I will be back. Thank you! 😃

Very hospitable and nice host. She gave us a lot of recommendations on what to see. The family had a birthday party the next day when we were there and she gave us a taste of the prepared food. Everything delicious:) We enjoyed the cool and shady courtyard where the guests can relax after spending the day in the hot city centre. The location of the guesthouse is great, only a few minutes from the metro. The neighbourhood is homy, full of shops, vegetable vendors, and places to eat

Жили одну ночь. Начну с того, что хозяйка Марина и правда очень приятная женщина, добрая открытая и гостеприимная, как и писали прежде. Это конечно невероятный народ

Но в комментариях мы оцениваем отель за который платим, так как это сделка. Как оценка превосходно оказалась тут, я не знаю. На фото кажется стилизация дизайна 90-х 2000-х годов с элементами грузинскойНу культуры и это было бы потрясающе, но на деле это реально такой ремонт из 90-х. Все старое, кровать, шкаф, ванная и ремонт в ней , сантехника. Вместо полотенца для ног была обычная тряпка для полов. В комнате было очень холодно. В ванной не было никаких принадлежностей, но были какие-то мятые бутылочки. Заявленной кухни также не было, но был угол со столом,одним чайником и отчасти чистыми чашками. Окна на улицу в нашей комнате тоже не было, оно выходило как раз на этот уголок с чайником. Также был не очень приятный, не чистый двор.
