Завтрак с учётом времени, всё, чтобы хорошо начать день: яйца, сосиски, овощи, сыр, масло, сметана, чай, сок, молоко, кофе, сладости. По заказу каша... Оформление, дизайн столовой потрясающий! В колоритном старо грузинском стиле, просто вау!!! Тапочки, шампунь, гель, зубная паста, щётка, полотенца-всё в наличии. Утюг, фен в доступе. Персонал душевный, понимающий, ответственный!!! Кстати, говорящий на нескольких языках! Очень удобно! Рядом ж/д вокзал, и там же останавливаются автобусы. В том числе 337 до аэропорта.
Персонал следит, чтобы никто не курил в комнатах, но по вытяжке видно запах откуда-то пришёл. Но к отелю это не имеет отношения. Если что-то не так, сразу отзываются и исправляют. А что ещё надо...

Отель расположен совсем рядом с ЖД вокзалом и очень удобен, если утром поезд. Администратор была очень гостеприимна и доброжелательна. Сами комнаты выглядят довольно аккуратно. В стоимость включен завтрак (очень базовый).
Меня разочаровала чистота в номере: пятна на полу, унитазе, чужие волосы на раковине, сиденье унитаза, постельном белье и т.д... Душ решил не принимать т.к. были большие сомнения в том, что пол в душевой кабине чистили после предыдущих гостей. Также в комнате было довольно холодно. Если улучшить эти моменты, то отель будет отличным.
