Our van was suitable for what we paid and we'll equipped for all our needs

I liked that you could go straight to the van and access the key without having to que at reception for it because I don't drive a car we got a taxi from the supermarket with all our suitcases and a weeks worth of shopping and was able to have the driver take us straight to the caravan.

We got to our Van half hour before check in time and not been sent the code for the key I phoned the help number and was told I had to wait until the right time even though I told them it was raining and us and our stuff was getting wet.they said the van was not ready ut we were there stood next to the door made to wait in the rain. I think you should send the code 1 or 2 hours before incase people get there a little earlier.

Great location for a few nights stay.

The caravan was in a great location. Easy to walk to Woodys and into ingoldmells. Lots of parking close by. Lovely to see little touches of soap and other amenities left to use to save bringing or buying from the onsite shop.

The caravan is in need of a deep clean and a refurb. The shower wasn’t good, dining table wobbly as per other reviews, floor was dirty in kitchen and grass everywhere as it hadn’t been hoovered. The bed had hairs over it, towels were dirty (we’d brought our own) and the sofa throws were covered in dog hairs. We didn’t plan on eating in the caravan but if we had the oven needed cleaning first. Spent the first 30 mins cleaning the surfaces and floors and bathroom. Outside area hasn’t been cleaned at all but we didn’t plan on using it. I contacted the owner about the grass and asked for a hoover. They brought one so they are clearly conscientious and kind owners. Just their cleaners let them down.

Billiant caravan in great location

Perfect caravan, plenty of amenities in the area and close to bus stops to take you to/from Skegness town. Everything was clean and tidy and beds were comfy. Decking was lovely in the sun and plenty of seating for 4 people.

The hoover could do with replacing as it isn't very effective

The caravan was much better than some ones we have stayed in, had basics in which usually they don't, salt and sugar, soap and towels etc. The space was good, and the caravan was very good for the price. Had a good deck area too. Great for a relax.

Woody's can be loud until 10.30pm if they have a singer on, but other than that it was fine.

Site ramp by the office continued to hit and damage my exhaust, which I have to repair and pay for, other 2 ramps did not hit my exhaust, disgusted as site should be liable for damages.

Overall, it suited our needs and it wasn't too expensive. We were fortunate to have great weather and it was close to Woody's Bar and Restaurant, the McColl's convenience store, a kebab/pizza takeaway and a Launderette. There were also a couple of car boot sales close by, which pleased the wife.

As we were all 60+ and, to be fair, not in the best shape, it was too far to walk into Ingoldmells, so we had to take the car. Without it, we would have struggled for things to do. Skegness is 3.7 miles away, so a car is essential. The beds, particularly the twin beds, were far too small. I'm only 5' 5" and my feet stuck out the bottom of the bed. It was very cramped in that tiny room and I didn't get one good night's sleep. It didn't help when, in an adjacent caravan, a gathering of at least eight adults decided to have a party that, over several hours, excalated into shouting, agressive behaviour, and colourful language until around 3.00am. Thankfully, they left the next day. The internet connection was poor and the caravan could perhaps do with an upgrade.

The whole caravan was lovely and clean, sandra was lovely and messaged me everything i needed to know. As a famliy we had a great holiday. Would definitely reccomend, such a great location too, only a short walk to ingoldmells and fantasy island.
