The van was amazing so clean comfortable and nice they provided cleaning stuff and completed caddie for hot drinks well worth money it was close to everything so could walk with ease and easy to come and go in the car couldn't be more happier

Pleasant stay, marred by really poor mattresses and tatty site.

Pleasant host, very helpful and honest. Old static, pleasantly redecorated in part, slight skylight leak above the shower - nice enough given the price and a convenient base to get to things.

The actual site was pretty run down and didn't have much to offer, other than a venue to become drunk as a skunk - I know this is a family site, but many kids running riot into the night, knocking on doors. The staff at the site were terse, short tempered and not particularly friendly. Ok as a base of operation but bring some cards or something for the evening, because there isn't much worth seeing after dinner time.

Friendly helpful owne. Let us stay an extra hour tin leaving dayr. The caravan was spotlessly clean. Good location near the clubhouse, chippy ect. Short walk to fantasy Island

Brill caravan 10/10, with homely decor. Situated in a good spot, and just a few minutes away to Fantasy island.

The caravan and owners were superb. Very friendly and helpful. The site could do with updating and some of the staff are arrogant and rude but otherwise OK. The bar doesn't serve coffee after 6pm and for someone who doesn't drink was a little annoying. Great location and close to fantasy island.

We booked this caravan after a 4 night break at Butlins. Richard was fab. Our check in time was changed no problem. Met us as we entered the caravan park and took us round to the caravan. The caravan was clean and tidy with the beds made up. Our son enjoyed having a toilet too himself as there were two. In the caravan there were little games, dvds, books and plenty of other things for children provided, it felt very family focussed. My husband also enjoyed a wonder round the park at night. Would definately stay again if we are in the area.

Our stay really wasn't long enough, however this isn't the hosts fault but we never took advantage of the facilities on the park. The only other minor issue was ants, we had quite a few so had to take our food back out to the car.
