Amazing, clean and comfy caravan! Relaxing holiday with no issues x

Absolutely loved the caravan! And the location was perfect especially with children who, if they hear a lot of noise won’t sleep and it was just perfect. Thankyou again! Can’t wait for next year! Entertainment is just at the end of the site too. With live tv. And play area for the kids with bingo and kids entertainment (buster the dog) lots of enjoyment! Lovely owners who are kind and caring!

Top location affordable price.

Great location, right near all the local attractions and the sea front. The caravan had all the basic things in that we would have needed. Good value for money. The owner was swift at fixing a problem we encountered and responded quickly to communications.

Cold and RIP OFF

Nothing at all

The caravan is incredibly cold and the woman who owns the caravan is incredibly rude and a total rip off. Changed the damage deposit to £100 a day before we was supposed to stay. Then accused me and my family of smoking inside the caravan when in fact we did not. So had kept the full £100 to herself for “the scent of smoke” as she stated to me. There was no solid proof that we had smoked inside of the caravan there was just a scent of smoke. I WILL NOT be coming here EVER again. Total scam for your money. If you smoke I suggest that you smoke about 1m away from the caravan and take perfume or aftershave with you as if she can smell smoke at all will keep your money. As for the coldness in the caravan there is one plug in radiator in the small bedroom, one radiator in the biggest bedroom, and a gas fire in the living room. Let’s just say that those 3 radiators on for a while does not make a change. The caravan is incredibly cold to the point you will have to wear your coats inside and to bed. Other than that the stay itself in ingoldmells was perfectly fine. Just the caravan and the lady who owned it had to ruin it.
