Lovely caravan lovely site and lovely staff

Very clean, well equipped, great location and lovely clean and quiet site. Richard met us upon arrival and what a lovely guy. Couldn’t be more helpful. Had the beds made up for our arrival which was worth the money and lovely clean bedding and beds. Was the cleanest homeliest caravan we have ever stayed in actually and felt at home right away. The location is great; so close to Butlin’s, Ingoldmells and Skegness. A nice quiet site away from the madness but still a short walk or drive; we drove to Butlin’s day visitor with a puschair and two other kids in tow but could easily walk. All round great experience. Also made use of the Saffron Indian takeaway menu and the nicest Indian takeaway we’ve ever had. Thanks Richard

Lovely clean, spacious caravan. Great friendly staff. Excellent location, lovely and peaceful and quiet. Great value for money. Well kept caravan. Highly recommend.

Caravan was lovely and clean. We enjoyed some of the many DVDs there. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The site is very quiet at night times. My eldest enjoyed seeing all the rabbits running around!
