Excellent facilities with 2 bathrooms Clean, comfortable, convenient for us walking 5th segment of the South West coast path...just off a main road but peaceful ...and a spar shop so close ..for anything we had forgotten but there were pubs locally if needed...overall perfect for us would recommend with walks also in to Truro...perfect
