Brilliant and welcoming stay.

The facilities were great. In general, photos don't reflect what the propertry is exactly, but 12 Kel Avon was better than the photos. We also liked the scones, cream, jam and wine and the fact that the house had the basics, like salt, coffee, sugar, etc. Everything was so organised and we did feel welcome. The games room was a real success!

We would have liked a slightly later check-out (i.e. 10 am). It would have meant a less stressful morning, especially when travelling with kids.

Lovely property and suited us with two separate sleeping areas. Ideal location to visit all areas of Cornwall

The tv in the living room was quite small and we could have done with a fan due to the hot weather. Personally due to our mobility it was too far to walk to shops and restaurants.

One of the best holiday properties we have ever stayed in (over 40 years holidaying in UK)

Very spacious house set in a really good location about 15 minute walk to Truro. All the rooms were very clean and very well equipped. On arrival we were delighted to find a cream tea, milk, fruit juice and a bottle of wine waiting for us, lovely touch and was most appreciated, Able to park the car right outside the front door was a bonus. Met the owner on arrival and instantly knew we the property and facilities were going to be perfect, Loved the pool and table tennis table. Would love to return. Highly recommended,

The house was amazing and absolutely clean and tidy! You definitely can find everything you need in this house. The hosts were very nice and lovely, with a welcome card and scones 😊. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing really, the house was amazing. The distance from the city centre in Truro is definitely durable, but the walk to the train station is about 20-30 minutes walk, so if you are coming public transport, just be aware.

Super Haus mit toller Lage

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und von Truro aus erreicht man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in kurzer Fahrzeit. Die Betten sind bequem und der Ping Pong Tisch war sehr unterhaltend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in dieses Haus gehen.
