Only one shower, and that was unfortunately en-suite so that sharing the shower was difficult.

Good Wi-Fi connection and apps on TV Tesco’s is nearby to stock up on essentials that should be provided and are usually provided in similar properties

For nearly £200 per night and after a long drive, I expected clean bedding not bedding covered in hair from the previous guests or brown stained duvets. The owners were good enough to come out on a Sunday evening and replaced the bedding in one room but only replaced the duvet and cover in the en suite bedroom but unfortunately for us left us with a bed sheet on the second bed that had long black hairs amongst others on it which was despite us telling them that the original and spare bedding were both dirty and our expectations were that this would be replaced. They did not provide enough toilet roll for 4 nights only 2 half used rolls, the carpets/floors made our feet dirty despite the house rules asking you to remove your footwear after entering the property, there was a complete lack of kitchen foil or cling film and there were empty condiments such as the salt grinder which was empty. A couple of the towels provided had white or ‘unknown’ stains on them. We also noticed that the kitchen counter top had not been cleaned prior to our arrival and that there were a few cobwebs upstairs in the kitchen. The bathroom floor had clearly not been adequately cleaned because there was part of the door handle under the radiator which should have been picked up by house keeping. Based upon our experiences, I would recommend either bringing your own bedding/towels or a lint roll to remove the previous guests hairs from your bedding.

It was home away from home. Very cosy and comfy. Everything about upper deck was well curated. I only wish I had taken my 10 year old along!

Good position and very convenient for Truro and Restaurants. No outside space but a great park a couple of minutes away. Very stylish apartment which was quiet and comfortable and a pleasure to return to every day.

The Stairs were a bit of a challenge sometime but that was down to us and I think most people would happily accept them as a quid pro quo for the 'penthouse' style advantages, The shower in the ensuite had quite a tight access sliding door but once inside it was efficient,

Location was great lovely views not far from town. We used the apartment as a hub to go around cornwall to visit friends and go to the coast and were never more than 40 minutes from anywhere.
