A cosy, quiet retreat perfect for couples or young families

We stayed for 4 nights during our daughter's graduation and enjoyed our stay at Mark & Kat's airstream. It was a nice, cosy and quiet retreat which suited us perfectly. The interior was exceptionally clean with lot's of storage places and a decent sized wardrobe. The gas hob and oven were great with piping hot water for the sink alongside. We had all the utensils we needed plus lots of extras like milk, seasonings, fairy liquid, loo roll and delicious scones with jam & cream. The bed was comfortable and there were fresh towels and a T towel. The wet room is great with a decent shower and, as long as you take Mark's advice to turn it off while you 'soap up', there is plenty of hot water. The dogs were super friendly and the other animals were fun to watch including the two mischievous sheep who shared our outside space! The decking area with it's big canopy was fabulous in the sunshine while the inside was cosy and dry when the rain lashed down. Mark & Kat were lovely and we would certainly visit again!

The airstream is looking a tad tired inside and would benefit from a little upgrade to the curtains and cushions to give it back the wow factor that the photos promise. They are the same furnishings as in the photos but actually detract rather than enhance unfortunately. A big let down was the lack of cushions for the bench seating on the decking. The sumptuous looking ones in the photos are no longer in use. Kat did find some thin pads for us to sit on but they were ill fitting and not that great. I couple of deckchairs/recliners would have really elevated what is already a great space! Unfortunately we could not get the airstream door to lock so we did take our valuables with us for peace of mind although this was probably just us being over cautious. One final point is that the dogs do all jump up at the car each time you arrive so I had to jump out quickly, almost before stopping, so that they jumped up at me instead of the car, thereby saving the paintwork! Please note: they are just being super friendly and were incredibly well behaved in every other way.

A nice place to experience a caravan style self -catering holiday surrounded by nature and animals.

Location was fair, but positioned not far away from a Major Road, which gets quite busy during certain times of the day. This, also makes entering and exiting to the long drive -way leading to the site quite hazardous. Noise from the traffic was unexpected, and disturbed the tranquility one would have expected from such a lovely natural location. The natural sounds of birds were sometimes washed out by the sound of passing traffic. What I had expected was a more tranquil and peaceful setting even though I knew before hand we were next to a road. The sound of the Cockerel waking me up at dawn was a pleasant and natural surprise.

Our stay in the Airstream was perfect for us. Quirky and such friendly hosts (including the furry ones). Made what was initially booked as accommodation for visiting my Grandma into a fantastic experience in it's own right.

Great hospitality from the hosts and we were greeted every day by the lovely border collies. The Airstream was delightful, spotless and very well equipped. Perfect for a short break down to Cornwall and we hope we can return one day.

A fun unusual stay and much exciting than the usual ‘ordinary’ vacation

Loved the location, the animals, the owners and the time they took to show us round the farm. Was very good with the children and let them hold and stroke the animals. Dogs and puppies also very friendly and fun. Nice to arrive to a cream tea. Close to Penryn and interesting places to visit.

Very nice place to stay. Mark was very welcoming when I arrived. There is plenty of animals they have at the farm. The dogs were very friendly, and I even played with them by chucking their ball. There was even a cream tea on arrival, with a bowl of strawberries in the fridge. There is everything you need is provided, from watching up liquid, cooking oil, to tea and coffee. There is no microwave, but I did manage without one. The internet is fast enough for streaming video online, but it did drop out for a couple of minutes on occasions. The bed is very comfortable, with a memory foam for a good night's sleep.

Being next to the main road you do get some traffic noise, but that does go much quieter at nighttime, so you can easily sleep through it.

without a car it’s a bit of a challenge getting back and forth. had to book a cab, which wasn’t difficult, but did make things a bit inconvenient. and since the roads are quite tight and busy walking or a bike werent really an option. that being said, if you have a car, everything else is wonderful

It was so cool! Always wanted to experience an Airstream. It was retro, comfortable and had everything needed to enjoy the stay. The owner was lovely; helpful and pleasant. The two resident border collies just made it for me. Edie and Robert I fell in love with you.

A delight from start to finish!

The Airstream has everything you need for a perfect break - and in such a beautiful, idyllic location. We loved sitting watching the chickens pecking around in the woods and the pygmy goats frisking about. The gentle noise of the stream was so relaxing.

Truly amazing and memorable stay in a gorgeous airstream

We have just returned from a 5 night stay in one of the airstreams and WOW! What an amazing place. We had the best time in the most beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Mark and his family made us feel so welcome. The airstream is gorgeous, comfortable and well kitted out. We had everything we needed. The animals and friendliest of dogs were an added bonus. We’d love to return one day.

Perfect family stay

We had a brilliant 3 night stay here (2adults, 2 children). The airstream was very cosy and unique. The children loved the animals on the farm including the dogs. The location was great for exploring the surrounding areas. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be back again!

The Airstream is a very special place to stay.

The owner, and family, were welcoming and friendly, and made us feel at home right away. There was a surprise cream tea, with strawberries, on the table. Because we had said it was our 55th wedding anniversary, there was even a chilled bottle of Prosecco in the fridge ! Amazing !

Can't think of any way it could have been improved ! It was our first glamping experience, and we loved it. It will be hard to beat. We are going to return !

Wonderful and magical stay in Cornwall

The airstream was a wonderfully magical place to stay. So cozy and surprisingly spacious. Mark and his family were really fabulous hosts who were very friendly and helpful. It was so lovely having goats, chickens and ducks on our doorstep. We must give a special shout out to Robert the Collie who was just the sweetest boy. Such a great escape from the city and the wonderful weather was a real bonus. The Airstream is in a perfect location for visiting Falmouth and surrounding areas. So much to see and do. We will be visiting again for sure.
