Sehr gute, zentrale Lage Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke (Edeka 20 Meter weiter) Schöne Einrichtung Alexa, TV gut digitalisiert Tiefgarage im Haus

Sehr warme Whg.durch die Wandverglasung, keine Klimaanlage, der Raum mit einer Schlafcouch heizte sich an sonnigen Tagen bis 40G! kein Aufzug (2OG) Waschmaschine in einer Waschküche in der Tiefgarage! (Münzenautomat!, schlecht erhalten).
