Welcome to the heart of Timmendorfer Strand, where you’ll find this beautiful, luxurious home.
Thanks to the home’s central location and the high-quality amenities in the apartments and penthouse, your every need will be met. Here, you can spend time to your heart’s content and enjoy your getaway. The beach, the town center, and the bakery are all just a 3–4-minute walk away.
Each apartment features 1 to 3 balconies or a terrace and an underground parking space in the building.
Bicycles can be stored in a lockable basement room. There is also an elevator in the building that takes you directly to your apartment.
We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing walks on the beach or bike rides.
Wolburgstraße 1a Penthouse “Haifisch” Apartment 5:
Welcome to the “Haifisch” Penthouse. Enjoy the special charm of this exclusive penthouse apartment with a large southwest-facing rooftop terrace and two additional balconies.
For the 2026 summer season (May 1 through September 15), we have rented a seasonal beach chair from Stefan’s rental service (beach section 26). Guests staying in the apartment are welcome to use it.
Prime location: It’s just a few steps to the town center and the beach. All shops for daily needs are within walking distance.
The light-filled 3-room penthouse apartment was built in 2017 and completely repainted in 2025. It features approximately 90 m² of living space and is equipped to accommodate up to 4 guests.
Ultimate vacation comfort! Every detail of the furnishings has been carefully considered.
The spacious living area is furnished with a leather corner sofa, a 49-inch flat-screen cable TV, and Bluetooth speakers for playing music from your smartphone.
The indirect, dimmable ceiling lighting creates a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. All windows are equipped with electric roller shutters.
The kitchen, which opens onto the living area, is equipped with a Nespresso machine, a filter coffee maker, a Bora ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher.
Between the kitchen and the living area is the dining table with a cozy bench and two chairs.
From the living area and the kitchen-dining area, you have access to the large southwest-facing rooftop terrace through wide sliding windows. On the rooftop terrace, you’ll find another dining table with a granite top and 6 chairs. This is the perfect place to start your day with breakfast under the open sky (sunlight starting around 8:00 a.m.). Two new sun loungers (purchased in 2025), a movable umbrella, and a beach chair offer you maximum comfort on the 35-square-meter rooftop terrace.
You can enjoy the sunset from one of the two balconies with a glass of red wine in hand.
The rooftop terrace and balconies offer the opportunity to enjoy the sun from morning to evening.
The two separate bedrooms feature double beds. At the request of some of our regular guests, we have equipped one bedroom with a new bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) featuring two single mattresses. The bed is 60 cm high, ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep. Both sides of the bed are equipped with bright LED reading lights.
The second bedroom features a double bed measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m. The sides of the bed also feature bright LED reading lights.
Both bedrooms each have their own balcony. One of the two bedrooms is equipped with a second 49-inch flat-screen cable TV as well as Bluetooth speakers for playing music from your smartphone. The wall lamps in the bedrooms are dimmable. Individual light control is provided by electric roller shades.
The bathroom is equipped with a large Raindance shower, double sink, hair dryer, illuminated makeup mirror, and heated towel rack.
There is plenty of storage space for your bath and cosmetic items.
A separate guest restroom is available.
A washing machine is built into the large closet in the apartment hallway. Suitcases and bags can also be easily stored in this closet.
The stairwell on this floor is for your exclusive use. There is a shoe and pantry cabinet in this entryway.
You can securely store your bicycles in the lockable bike shed on the property or in the lockable basement storage room in the garage that belongs to the apartment.
