La Locanda Chic B&B

Sofia was a great host, going beyond the usual friendliness. Communication was very easy, and all extra requests (bike parking, ironing) were accounted for. The breakfast was superb (including milk alternatives) and something different every day.

Niente ascensore ma è un edificio storico e ci sta. Niente climatizzatore in camera ma devo dire che nonostante i 37 gradi fuori non è servito perché la camera aveva una pala sul letto ed era ben isolata (la ristrutturazione è di pochi anni fa).

L’accoglienza di Sofia è la posizione della struttura.

Clean. Facilities were ok, but the room 2 shower drainage was too slow. Need to maintain. Breakfast was simple. Just sandwich; don’t expect much.

I thought I could enjoy my home away from home; thus, I booked this B&B bec of the lovely feedback in the system. I was wrong. The host was grumpy & not friendly, probably because we arrived at 4 pm (check-in time at 5 pm). I informed a day in advance that I might do an early check-in. I also messaged in advance, hours before we were on the way- no response. Response time is slow, or no response at all via booking.com Additionally, upon arrival, I I am not comfortable with her taking a photo of my government ID from her mobile phone if she can already verify that in actual or face-to-face. I asked the following day, and she said she’ll delete them. Is that normal? I inquired about it via the company booking.com- and a response is pending. Let’s see.
