Spacious room. Good air con when needed. Our hosts were excellent - Ricardo gave us great tips on places to eat and drink, and Vanya was great with breakfast. Breakfast was simple but complete, and included Vanya's home made pastries and jams. Location is superb, just inside the city walls.

Place was big enough
Too loud surroundings (hard to sleep), problems with the pipes the smell from the toilet was terrible (rotten eggs smell), bathroom doors so loudly that all building could wake up when you are trying to close it,, very bad with English.

Location of the B&B is simply perfect. City center, few steps from parking lot and many restaurants in front of the door. B&B with breakfast is not very obvious in IT, so we were happy with it also. Communication with the owner, keys handover and getting some info about locals was also pleasant and easy. Building seems very old, flats are nicely and modern rebuilt. A/C presents in each room, small but useful kitchen with cooker and fridge, nothing to complain in this point.
Sleeping room we got was very noisy as the windows ends in the arcade of old city gate. Thanks to this there was missing any view except watching the wall. But to the very old roman wall! Breakfast was very simple, just cup of coffee, water and piece of cake. It's common in Italy, but if you expect English breakfast, you'll be disappointed.
