Very comfortable accommodation. Exceptionally well provided kitchen equipment. Beautifully decorated and furnished throughout. Nice welcome basket.
A designated parking space would have been good - But street parking plentiful.

Very clean and comfortable. Great location. The addition of the mirror in the back bedroom was great for drying my hair. This was our fourth stay and we will always book this spot when we are back in Harrogate.
The washing machine was not working this time around and we had to take our laundry elsewhere. They sent a person out to fix it as soon as possible, unfortunately it was the same day we were leaving.
Could use a fan. It was the hottest May on record in the UK and having a fan would have been great.

Good location, comfy bed and quiet enough.
No bedside tables or lights. Lack of small towels. Cold at night. It would have been too much faffing about to bother with the fire. It wasnt made up - which would have been a nice touch. Not enough information, e.g. couldnt get cofee maker to work, central heating also, microwave was wierd, shower awkward and TV sound a no go. Welcome pack - a nothing burger. All in all, you need to be less lazy than we were, to get the best out of this suburban semi.
