Η τοποθεσία ήταν τέλεια. Τα πάντα ήτανε κυριολεκτικά δίπλα μας .Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ άνετο , ψηλοτάβανο και καλόγουστα ανακαινισμένο. Τα στρώματα στα κρεβάτια εξαιρετικά. Υπήρχε η δυνατότητα να αλλαχθούν οι πετσέτες κάθε 2 μέρες . Ιδανική επιλογή για οικογένειες.
Οι ντουλάπες ήταν αρκετά βρώμικες, σκόνες , τρίχες και διάφορα σκουπιδάκια στα συρτάρια και τα ράφια όπως για παράδειγμα ένα βαμμένο σπασμένο τεχνητό νύχι . Ένα ακόμη μειονέκτημα ήταν ότι η αποθήκη των διαμερισμάτων ήταν μέσα στο δικό μας διαμέρισμα , οπότε η συμπαθής κατά τα άλλα καθαρίστρια έπρεπε να μπαινοβγαίνει μια φορά την ημέρα στο διαμέρισμα που μέναμε εμείς. Τέλος , στο ένα υπνοδωμάτιο υπήρχε κάτι σαν φεγγίτης που άφηνε τον ήλιο το πρωί να περνάει μέσα στο δωμάτιο, διότι δεν υπήρχε κάτι να δημιουργεί σκίαση . Αυτό έχει σαν αποτέλεσμα να σε ξυπνά ο ήλιος κάθε πρωί.
