The entire experience was wonderful , the hotel staff starting from the day we arrived and Mr. Ahmed in the receiption to the staff we dealt with each everyday , the stay was exceptional , we really enjoyed our time, the rooms , food , service , place everything was just perfect we would like to thank the entire Makadi team , and staff for making our stay such a memorable stay my family has not stopped talking about how it was an enjoyable stay ! Thank you ! looking forward to coming again in the future

The staff were generally friendly. Whenever we approached them or asked for anything, they responded politely and tried to assist us. The resort itself is very nice, clean. The overall atmosphere is pleasant, and the pools are beautiful and kept very clean throughout the day. Overall, it is a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

When I first entered the room, I immediately found an issue that required maintenance, and I had to call them to arrange for someone to come and fix it. This was disappointing because when a guest first checks in, the room should already be fully inspected, clean, prepared, and in proper working condition. Another problem happened at night when I accidentally spilled a bottle of water on the bed and needed housekeeping to bring clean sheets and a replacement cover. I called reception more than four times, but nobody answered and I received no assistance. This was especially inconvenient because my room was located quite far from the reception area, so going there in person was not easy. There was also almost no entertainment during the day or evening. There was no real animation team and very few activities. After sunset, the routine was basically the same every night: someone would sing for a while, and that was it. The evenings felt quite empty, with very little to do. A stronger animation program with organized daytime activities and more varied evening entertainment would make a big difference.
