I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of it. The overall atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for a getaway. Architecturally, the hotel is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, creating a unique and pleasant experience.
The swimming pool is large, enjoyable, and great for spending time during the day. The snorkeling experience was absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of the trip.
The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help and make sure guests were comfortable and happy. The food offered a good variety of choices to suit different tastes, and I especially want to mention the Mexican restaurant — it was absolutely outstanding and exceeded my expectations.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely love to visit again in the future.
The only thing I didn't really like was the bed mattress, as it wasn't very comfortable for me personally.

The property outside of the rooms is pretty good and swimming lagoons are nice
The rooms is very outdated , old and bathrooms are rusty and have a lot of maintenance issues, the cleanliness is not good.
