Another excellent stay for the super friendly and professional staff.
Special thanks to Abulhamid from la playa bar who is an hotel asset that makes me wanna visit it everytine, he always greets with smile, very professional and doing a great original cocktails that makes you wanna sit at his bar all the day.
Also special thanks to Ahmed from La playa bar, Ahmed Magdy and Abanob from pool bar, Masry and Maged from lobby bar.
Also room service are very professional and clean everything properly.
The main asset of this hotel is its staff who always tempts you to revisit.
Little thing to improve in the hotel is a nightclub who will add a charming night life to the hotel.

We were upgraded to a nice pool view ..the staff were very decent and nice ...the food tasted amazing and it's available 24 Hr . The pools and sea are incredible...surely will come again
