    Our family had a wonderful stay at Pyramisa Beach Resort Sahl Hasheesh in a Superior Pool or Side Sea View Room, and it was a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Red Sea. The resort is located in the stunning Sahl Hasheesh area, with beautifully maintained grounds, spacious pools, and direct access to a lovely sandy beach. The views around the resort are spectacular, and the combination of the crystal-clear sea and landscaped gardens creates a truly peaceful atmosphere. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a pleasant family stay. The pool and side sea views added to the overall experience, allowing us to enjoy the resort's beautiful surroundings from the comfort of our room. One of the highlights was the friendly and hardworking staff, who were always willing to assist with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food options offered a good variety, and there was something available for every member of the family. The resort also provides plenty of space for both relaxation and activities, making it suitable for families, couples, and anyone looking for a leisurely holiday. The beach was particularly impressive, with clear waters ideal for swimming and enjoying the Red Sea's natural beauty. Watching the sunrise and sunset along the coastline was an unforgettable experience. Overall, Pyramisa Beach Resort Sahl Hasheesh provided a relaxing and enjoyable family holiday.     We recently stayed at the resort and had a truly wonderful holiday. The grounds were beautifully maintained, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and the beach area provided the perfect setting for relaxation. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and hardworking, and many team members went above and beyond to ensure that we had an enjoyable and memorable experience. The food offered a wide variety of choices, and there were plenty of activities and entertainment options available throughout the day and evening. While there are always small areas that can be improved, such as service speed during particularly busy periods and greater consistency across some restaurant offerings, these were minor issues that did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the resort. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the staff members who made our stay so special. A special thank you to ElSayed and his team at the Front Desk for their outstanding service and assistance throughout our holiday. We are grateful to Ahmed for his help with our luggage, and to Mahmood, who kept our room impeccably clean each day, as well as his manager, Magdy, for ensuring high standards of housekeeping. A special mention also goes to Amr at the gym, who was always welcoming, friendly, and a pleasure to chat with. Thank you to Ahmed at the Lobby Bar for his excellent service and warm hospitality. We would also like to express our appreciation to Chefs Yousry and Ashraf, together with their team of waiters, for the delicious meals and attentive service they provided throughout our stay.     I stayed at this resort about 1.5 years ago and rated it 4/5 at the time. Unfortunately, after my recent visit, I can only give it 2/5 overall. First, the food variety was very poor. Throughout our 4-day stay, the menu remained largely the same, with minimal options and generally bland taste. Second, the late check-out policy was disappointing. We were asked to pay $50 for just an additional 3 hours, which felt unreasonable. Instead, we chose to book a hotel closer to the airport for only €15 on the day of our departure. Third, there was ongoing maintenance work across the resort. The constant noise from drilling and construction was quite disruptive and was not mentioned prior to booking. On a positive note, there was some entertainment during the day and in the evenings, which was enjoyable. Overall, if you find this resort at a low price, it may be worth considering. However, at standard or higher rates, I would not recommend staying here.

    I recently stayed at Pyramisa Resort Hurghada and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I had booked and paid for a Superior Sea View room in advance, but on the first night I was given a standard room with no view. On the next day they moved me to a partial sea view room, which still did not match what I paid for. To make matters worse, the room they gave us had water leaking on the floor and a drainage issue in the bathroom. It was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable for a resort of this category. When I requested to be moved to the correct room type I originally booked, the staff simply said “no room available.” My question is: If there are no rooms available, then why do they accept bookings for them? When I asked for a refund for the difference, they again said no, without any apology or attempt to offer a solution. The lack of customer service, responsibility, and basic hospitality was truly disappointing. I did not receive the value I paid for, and this experience left a very negative impression.
