A lovely hotel in a very convenient location.

A very pleasant hotel about 1km from the centre of Tielt with its medieval buildings. The hotel is close to the ring road and appears to mainly cater to business travellers. That said it was comfortable, the staff exceptional and the food brilliant! I'd stay again.

This is a very comfortable hotel. The room had everything you would expect. The staff were very helpful and friendly and also the breakfast was great.

Adequate for a one-night stop-over.

The accommodation was standard (though showing its age a little) and fine for a one night stop-over. Also the sound-proofing between rooms is not great. We enjoyed the pleasure of having a good-sized bath, which is an unusual asset in similar hotels.

Having groups of rather impolite men standing around smoking outside the main entrance was a little disconcerting, though I suppose this is outside management's control.

We stayed for one night, but couldn't get out quick enough

Breakfast was standard European

Staff overall were mainly friendly, but whilst eating our buffet style breakfast ( which I thought was a help yourself style ), one of the staff said 'all you have been doing is eat, eat, eat', in a very nasty tone, which made us feel abused and feel small in front of other guest's

Nice hotel, great staff and a quiet night

About 50% of the hotel is renewed and the other half is renovated I believe, we stayed in a standard room so I can not tell how the new rooms are. The renovated room was clean and a good size, only the bathroom is becoming a bit dated as the water taps are old fashion and the tiling is looking tired. Breakfast was OK

Room prices we paid were different from the prices stated in the room directory, I found that a bit strange to be fair.

The new rooms are very nice and comfortable but the location on the main road is noisy unless you get a room at the back of the hotel

Excellent - there for a wedding and the service was exceptional and the place looked amazing.

Rooms were larger than most in Europe, clean, recently renovated. Trendy restaurant & bar with good food and service. Also a nice gym to work out.
