Very moderm & comfortable apartment with secure parking.

Well decorated very clean apartment with new appliances. Sophisticated and proactive owners. Great views across Bourges from 8th floor location. Secure building with free safe off street parking. Separate kitchen. Early checkin was most sppreciated.

Too much furniture in living/bedroom with tilt-bed in down position and two large armchairs. Suggest armchairs be removed. Wall heaters were fitted but did not come on. These will be vital during winter.

Linge de maison usé, de mauvaise qualité et oreillers sales

C’est un agréable studio au 8 étage avec ascenseur. L’appartement possède balcon offrant une belle vue dégagée sur la ville .

J’ai été désagréablement surprise par la literie, Le lit est mural et j’avais demandé que l’on me le mette en position de couchage mais cela n’a pas été fait . Il y avait 4 oreillers de mauvaise qualité dont l’hygiène était vraiment douteuse jusqu’à une tache de sang sur l’un d’eux . Le drap housse était très usé et très fin . heureusement qu’il faisait chaud , je n’ai pas défait le lit et dormi sur le drap du dessus.

L'appartement était dans une cité nous avons même pas eut le temps de sortir les valises que nous nous sommes fait interpellés 2fois pour réclamer de l'argent, nous avons appelé la propriétaire pour lui dire les faits malgré sa gentillesse nous avons loués d'urgence un hôtel et o€ de remboursement n'a eut lieu par booking en guise de dédommagement .

Es un apartamento pequeño pero super bien aprovechado el espacio. Está súper limpio y bien acondicionado. Hemos desayunado y cenado y ha sido como estar en casa. Lo mejor de todo las vistas del apartamento.
