Tilava ja toimiva. Parveke ja parkkipaikka plussaa vaikka parkkihalli kohtuu suurella autolla oli ensikerralla vähän haasteellinen. Keittiövarustus hyvä ja kaksi wc/pesuhuonetta hyvä. Alakerrassa heri BM lähikauppa ja muutaman sadan metein päässä eroski. Rauhallinen alue ja rantaankin lyhyt matka. Vaikka alueella korkeuseroja niin hissejä on monessa kohtaa. Metro vieressä ja sillä pääsee myös ilman omaa autoa tutkimaan aluetta laajemmin.

Muy buena acogida por parte de Richard. Muy puntual y amable. Nos explicó el acceso a la plaza de garaje, imprescindible en esa zona. Estancias amplias y mobiliario en buen estado. Camas cómodas.
Sartenes en mal estado. Personalmente prefiero que no haya alfombras.

La ubicación en Algorta y el tener garaje porque es un sitio difícil de aparcar
Las camas individuales. Una de ellas con el somier roto ( la segunda noche hubo que dormir en el suelo) y la otra con un somier ruidoso cada vez que se da uno la vuelta. Tendrían que revisarlos! ...y el agua caliente salía templada...tuvimos que ir a la caldera y tocar los botones para conseguirla caliente ; supuestamente deberían dejarla bien regulada,no?
