Difícil hacer el Pago y Cordinadira todo con el propietario. No se podía pagar con la aplicación de booking y los horarios del check in eran acotados . Entiendo que es un departamento pero viajando uno no tiene exactamente horarios de llegada

La posizione è centrale per le attrazioni di Bilbao, vicino il centro storico e a tutti i servizi (supermercati e quant’altro). L’alloggio è veramente pulito e curato in ogni piccolo dettaglio.

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza non è stata delle migliori. Fin dal nostro arrivo non ci siamo sentite particolarmente a nostro agio e abbiamo percepito un atteggiamento poco cortese da parte dell’host. Inoltre, non è sempre chiaro quali oggetti o prodotti presenti in casa siano a disposizione degli ospiti e quali invece siano ad uso esclusivo del proprietario. Sarebbe utile riservare e indicare chiaramente degli spazi dedicati ai clienti, ad esempio nel frigorifero e nella cucina, per evitare equivoci. Abbiamo anche trovato l’host molto insistente nel ricordare le regole della casa. Comprendiamo l’importanza di rispettarle, ma il modo in cui sono state comunicate ci è sembrato eccessivamente prepotente, tanto da metterci a disagio anziché farci sentire benvenute. Un aspetto che ci ha sorprese inoltre è stato scoprire che l’host vive all’interno dell’abitazione: questa informazione non era chiaramente indicata nelle caratteristiche dell’alloggio su Booking e avremmo gradito saperlo prima della prenotazione, per poter scegliere con maggiore consapevolezza.

It was clean and close to the centre.

The host was the worst I have come across in my 40 years of travelling. He was angry that I arrived 25mins late that notifying through WhatsApp as I did get lost due to google maps. He never went through the details of the stay including the WiFi which he stated angrily that he sent it. I immediately checked and he had sent the WiFi details exactly 1 minute before on WhatsApp!! He was so upset that I arrived 15mins late as he had to go to work yet check in was from 3.30pm to 8.00pm so he was obligated to accommodate my needs. I then heard a noise coming from the kitchen and noticed he had his washing getting done and again angrily stated that this part of the apartment was off limits. He had such an angry attitude that he simply burst out of the apartment. I then noticed a face towel in the bathroom and had to text him where are the body towels and texted back that they were in the bedroom cupboard. This as well as all the rules should have been provided to me before storming off. THE WORST HOST EVER!!!!
