Mavi, the owner, is very efficient. She responds immediately and gives you honest, helpful information about the area and the city of Bilbao itself. She’s also kind and willing to answer all your questions. The apartment is clean and you have everything you need.
I chose this location because I wanted to have the experience of being in a less touristy area of the city. It feels more authentic to me. However, for those who want to be in the very center or those who don’t like walking, it may be a little removed from the areas where everything happens. Anyway, it’s a 20-25 minute walk to the Guggenheim and 15 minutes to the old town. The subway is 5-10 minutes away, and it’s cheap and very easy to ride.

Fomos recebidos com muita simpatia e amabilidade. Casa bastante espaçosa. Para quem levar animais (um ponto a favor gigante!), existe um bom parque canino muito perto.
Difícil de estacionar (não há lugares nem a pagar, são todos reservados a residentes), mas sobretudo os vizinhos da casa tornaram a estadia horrível. O barulho parece que vem de dentro da própria casa. Tem boas comodidades mas não é confortável. Infelizmente não voltaria.
