in the heart of the old town of Bilbao in the pedestrian streets, in the zoan of shops and bars, but in a quiet street, there are no bars, or anything that bothers during the night, besides being a super safe area, excellently connected to 200m from metro, 50 from the tram, 150m from the buses, 50 from taxi stop and 400m from the main train station
and 300m from the train station to San Sebastian
the apartment is fully equipped in the kitchen with everything necessary plate, oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave zumitera
the main room with a double bed of 1.40 * 2 m with built-in wardrobe
the second room has two beds (trundle beds) of 0.90 * 1.90 and built-in wardrobe
the living room has a 1.25 * 2 sofa bed with 32-inch plasma television
the bathroom is complete with a bathtub
the apartment is equipped with heating composed of night electric accumulators

We had such a lovely stay here and would happily come back. The location is absolutely spot on — right near the market and surrounded by a lively bar area, so there’s always a great atmosphere without it feeling overwhelming. Everything we wanted to explore was within easy reach.The apartment itself is more traditional than modern, but that’s exactly what gives it its charm. It felt homely, full of character, and a refreshing change from the usual cookie-cutter places. You can tell it has a story behind it.A real highlight was meeting the owner’s father, who showed us around when we arrived. He was so welcoming and took the time to explain everything properly. He even mentioned that the place can get a bit cold and thoughtfully pointed out where all the heating devices were in each area, which we really appreciated. It made us feel well looked after from the start.Overall, a warm, characterful place in a fantastic location with genuinely kind hosts. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it to others.

Pros: Homely, great location, very friendly host who met us at arrival on departure. Well stocked kitchen.Cons: Main bed is only a double so a bit tight. Parking spot is tight for bigger cars.

We have had 5 nice days in the apartment. Everything is available for self catering. Supermarket Carrefour almost next door, and tram just around the corner. Restaurants and small interesting shops in old town nearby.
