The reception hours were terrible; I arrived at 2 pm and they didn't start until 4 pm.

Clean, modern. It has everything I need in the kitchen. The location was great! The price was right.
The room was a bit too small but they tried to use the space as functionally as possible.

The room is okay, clean, there are towels and soap. The location is fine but not perfect, in Deusto.
Upon booking I requested the room on the upper flor, upon arrival the receptionist tried to convince me that I imaginei it and there was no possibility to change, gave me the room on the first floor. I was unhappy, he called another receptionist, who asked me to explain the situation again. I was very tired and asked him just to give me a card from the door. When I came to the door of the room, the card didn't work, I had to come back to the room. Very bad stuff at least at the day of my arrival.
