    Everything was amazing. The hotel was located right next to the main train/bus station so we managed to do a lot of day trips without rushing. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

    This hotel is brilliant location for the bus intermodal but is a good 20 min walk into the heart of the City, great cleaning standards & a very functional hotel with a good breakfast option (some more varied hot items would make it great). Very pleasant stay

    This hotel sits just above the Bus Interchange - Bilbao Intermodal. Cafes for breakfast & quick bites are conveniently there, the tram & metro is super near too.

    The staffs were pretty awful. The lady in receptionist was not nice at all, always complaining without smiling. Also a random glasses guy (chinese ethnic? which happen to working there also) came out of nowhere and interrogating us while we are check-in, which what we are doing with the complaining lady. I don't like the tone as he was suspecting us not guests. Very rude. Also a bald guy in the restaurant was showing attitude when we are sitting in the 4 seats table. I mean I understand his concern, but do you really need to show the attitude and making face? It's not like the restaurant super busy? There's a lot of empty seats tho. Overall, the staffs were very bad. The owner really need to conduct the hospitality training to the staffs. For now, I can't recommend this hotel at all. There's plenty hotels near the bus terminal.
