it was just wonderful! I got a great deal. it is right in the center and it has everything you need apart from soap amd shpoo (so bring those) and also no pots or coffee maker. market next to it so uou can get everything there np

Perfect location. All interesting places accessible by foot. Tram stops right in front of the entrance.

Unfortunately this was not a pleasant stay. This is the first time I’ve had to complain about a hotel/accommodation in over 15 years. I’ve visited Spain six times in the last year and only had positive experiences.
The check in time was only 15:00-19:00hours. This meant I had to reorganise my first day to return to the hotel to check in.
The aircon in my room didn’t work. It was 28 degrees inside. The member of staff was unable to get it to work. I was moved to a different room. The aircon had been switched off there too. The member of staff could only resolve the issue by turning on aircon for the entire floor. It took an hour for this to be resolved, during which time, food I had purchased became stale.
I received an email on my first day, advising that I was required to checkout by 11am. I had booked for two nights. I had to return to the hotel in the narrow time frame I knew staff would be available to ensure my access card still worked. This affected my plans for that day too.
The room had no soap and staff were unable to provide any.
There was no blanket, only a sheet.
This accommodation is clearly designed for short to long term rent, not for weekend visitors.
The sound proofing is poor. I heard people engaging in ‘exercise’ on the first night and there was loud noise from upstairs due to a lady walking around in high heels.
