House has a lot of space.
We loved the BBQ and Paella Pan/stove.
Close to the beach (about 15mins walking)
Quiet area.
Big backyard.
Some renovation needed but this didn’t impact our stay.

The location is incredible with the beach a 10 minute walk and 20 minute taxi into Bilbao or nearby Algorta/Getxo towns and their beaches.
It’s huge and easily accommodated our group of 12.

The location of the house is good, near the beach. We enjoyed the garden and the grill.
Inside it was really dirty. The sheets and the towels were clean, but the rest was dirty. The kitchen disgusting...everything greasy and uncleaned for a long time. We had to clean everything we used.
The windows really dirty and a bad smell allover. Spiderweb and dust everywhere. In bathrooms all kind of empty bottles of product from other tenants. In my opinion, this house needs a profesional cleaning before being rent again. I would not come back again.
