Close to the center and well equipped with everything one might need

Very clean and well equipped. It’s also within walking distance to the core of bansko. We had a slight issue and the owner handled it immediately and very professionally. He also made made himself available for any issues we might have had

avoid

we booked apartment where 2 beds should be prepared and we got only 1. owner was not helpful claiming they prepared everything. as a result we had to book another apartment for the rest of the group additionally boiler was leaking so we had a swimming pool in the bathroom

Exceptional

We had a good time at Belvedere luxury apartment. There was everything we needed, I really enjoyed the big screen in the living room. We were happy to watch some movies at the end of the day. I would definitely like to visit that place again.

The location was perfect and the apartment was incredible clean and cozy.

The price don't justify the apartment itself. Keep in mind that for a small apartment and everything else from spa, pool, jacuzzi is extra charged. We were 3 people in the apartment and every spa entrance is 30 levs per person. So we spend extra 90 levs per day in spa + price of the apartment.

It wasn't clear that the apartment is not part of the hotel and there will be additional charge for pool, spa etc. I think it should be stated in the description and possibly to provide options for including those facilities when booking.

once the details were clarified, it was comfortable and easy, the apartment is clean and mostly quiet.

the compact apartment is well organized, luminous and clean The area is generally quiet.

we wish to have known that pool access required a daily fee por person and that entrance to the building required a code Also, it would help future renters to have clearer directions to the building as the people at the Belvedere Holiday Resort didn’t quite know how to help us find the right building. the GPS either takes you to the resort entrance or to a back road from where to walk to the pools.

Assez pour un court séjour mais loin du terme « Luxury »

L’emplacement La propreté Le lit était confortable

La femme de ménage qui était la lors du checkin (30 minutes après l’heure minimale d’arrivée) Le checkout se fait à 11h. À 9h du matin, on essaie d’ouvrir la porte… encore bien qu’on avait laissé la clef dans la serrure. La douche fuyait et l’eau coulait dans la salle de bain. La cuisine « full équipée » ne l’est pas vraiment. Il manque des ustensiles et ceux présents n’étaient pas top (couteaux par exemple qui ne coupent pas, etc)

Resort lontano dal meritare le 4* che possiede

L'appartamento era carino, anche se poco accessoriati, ma per una vacanza al volo e per cho non ha voglia di cucinare va bene. Il proprietario, host provato, risponde nel immediato ed è disponibile.

La struttura invece è trasandata, poco curata. Il centro spa è pieno di muffa ovunque, la palestra è sporca. Queste due strutture sono situate nel seminterrato ed è tutto molto cupo. In reception sembravano timidi , a volte addirittura infastiditi .
