Not worth the money and the disappointment.

The Elevator doesn’t work, and after a long day of skiing is pretty sucks. The boiler isn’t big enough for 2 people to shower one after each other, so you need to wait over 25 minutes between. The host refused to compensate us after we found some of the facilities she told us will be open we’re actually closed. Those facilities are not even part of the property, but of a hotel near by, different than what mentioned in the property description. We’ve been told we could use them as part of our stay, which was completely lie. She did allow us to do late check out which was nice. After 5 days We asked for extra towels and toilet paper, and the host gave us only towels and refused to give us any more toilet paper. Location is too far from the center, much better options near by in same prices.

Excellent New Year ski holidays

Excellent location for skiers and snowboarders, 5 min walk to telecabine . Good price/quality. Good layout with lots of space and large balcony. Mountain view. New year tree, bottle of Champaign and sweets, Ski boot dryer. Viktoria was very helpful. We had changed the dates with no penalty and received high level of service from Viktoria.

Хорошие апартаменты недалеко от гандолы, есть все необходимое для проживания, очень чисто и уютно, легко было попасть в апартаменты благодаря четким и подробным инструкциям. Очень приятные хозяева. В комплексе есть сауна и бассейн, которые входили в стоимость проживания.
