48 was at a fantastic location, only a short walk to the beach and shop, but away from the bar so it was quiet.

The oven in 48 was broken, we still had a grill, .microwave and electric hot plate to cook on. Lucky we took our air fryer as our son has ADHD and only eats certain foods which would need to be cooked in an oven. But a working oven is a basic for the stay and we weren't told about this before check in.

Our third stay at this caravan. Brilliant location. Clean and comfortable. Spacious bedroom with plenty of storage. Love the addition of the outside table and chairs. Despite the niggles we did have a lovely stay in the area.

We have noticed a slight deterioration in the caravan. The oven wasn't working. Microwave was available but not suitable for some meals. The heating wasn't working either with no instructions of how to use it (it did become cold in the evenings). There used to be a fan heater. We are disappointed to have to write these comments as we have enjoyed our previous visits.

Firstly, the information provided was misleading. I booked through Booking.com and confirmed a 2-bedroom chalet. However, the day before my arrival, I was surprised to find out that it was actually a 2-bedroom caravan, not a chalet. When I called to complain, the contact person told me that Booking.com did not have an option to list it as a caravan, so they advertised it as a chalet instead. They also said that all the photos were of the caravan. This is completely misleading. If I had known it was a caravan, I would not have booked it, as I specifically wanted a chalet. I still stayed because I had no other option. I had travelled from Birmingham to Wales, a 4-hour journey, with two young children, so turning back was not practical. However, I left one night earlier than planned. Another issue was the constant noise in the holiday park. There was loud music and disturbance until around 12:30 a.m. every night, making it impossible to relax or get a good night's sleep. Oven was out of order also rooms heating was not working.
