SCAM AVOID AT ALL COST

ZERO communication, apartment staff didn't answer any calls from me or booking.com employees, I haven't received instructions how to access the apartment or the keys. I had to find another stay to avoid sleeping in a car. People living in the same building told me it happens all the time. I tried to knock on the apartment doors for a while but noone answered.

Only central location.

It was horrible. Host was knocking door hardly in morning. It was not good experience. Low Wi-Fi connection and signal. Old building and bad smell. I’ve never saw that like before it was super bad.

Consider this place...

The place (when you cross the mouldy staircase) is newly renovated. The necessary equipments are available. Unless there are other guests, it is quiet.

The room keys were available one-way 850m away the place (no info. about this before you fully pay (!?). Because of my recent surgery, I asked to get the keys near the place. As a customer, I was treated in a rude, very unpleasant manner. The rooms are in the old, moldy tenement house. The place (4 rooms, bath+toilet, toilet, kitchen-corridor) is not soundproofed. Very economical bedding.

Everything was good, location and room, bed was big for one person, The price was suitable and clean House inside.

The house from the outside was old and the stairs.. I had trouble finding the key, the host told me to take the keys from the Markt-Shop "Źabka" , but the workers in this Shop-Markt they don't know anything about keys, and I had to search for one hour.

Lousy stay due to lack of communication on the part of the host.

Cleanliness. Good that there was a second toilet, not only the one in the community bathroom. Provision of a washing machine is great for guests who stay longer, though I did not need or use it.

Communication, rather lack thereof. It made my stay hell and kept me from seeing anything nice in Stettin. The info I got right after booking listed an addresss that turned out to be only a district of the city, street name and post code. I am an older person who prints these things in advance, expecting them to be correct. Then when I had problems, wrote Booking.com and got more info from the host, it turned out that they were sending me info via SMS. I had not even looked there as no low budget traveller with any sense uses SMS/phone in another country as it costs! This should have been by Whatsapp (as my next Polish host did) or email. Not the host´s fault, but almost none of the many people on the street that I asked for help could speak either English or German (or French), only kept pointing to the address I showed and saying "code". Finally I figured out that this meant postal code, but that was still no help. After pulling my suitcase around for over 2 hours, exahausted, when I finally got to the place I had to collapse for a couple hours. I did get up and go out to eat, seeing a little bit of the city, but never had a chance to go to the river or other good places due at least 4 hours spent being lost and then recovering enough strength to go out. As a one day side trip, it was a total and exhausting bomb. To add insult to injury, the TV was only in Polish.

It was a nice place. everything was great. Owners was very helpfull.

Only downside is heating was troublesome.Wifi didn't reached the last room and when it did connect it was very slow. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Nic mi się nie podobało, ocena zerowa. Zwrot pieniędzy, usługa nie została wykonana.

To było straszne, przyjechałem późno w nocy, hasło nie otworzyło żadnego z 4 zamków, mieszkańcy domu pytali, co tu robię, pokazałem im zawiadomienia i rachunki za mieszkanie, oni tylko kręcili głowami i współczuli.Koizhnt jest na ulicy w nocy, nikt nie odbiera telefonu. Właściciel jednego z mieszkań wyprowadził psa na spacer i wpuścił go do wejścia. Mąż sąsiadki długo pukał do drzwi i okna mieszkania od strony ulicy, prosząc, żeby ktoś wyszedł.Po 40 minutach młody mężczyzna i dziewczyna otworzyli drzwi i powiedzieli, że nic nie wiedzą, nie mają wolnych miejsc. Drzwi były zamknięte, noc, deszcz, zimno, obcy kraj.Booking zaleca usunięcie danych „gospodarzy” i ich ogłoszeń ze strony, Twoja reputacja cierpi z powodu nieuczciwych, kłamliwych oszustów. Mogę wystawić czeki bankowe na poczet płatności za niewykonane usługi, możesz również obejrzeć nagranie z kamer w domu. Nigdy nikomu nie polecę tego obiektu, WSTYD!!!!! Może policja lub urząd skarbowy również zwrócą uwagę na tę „pracę”.
