Nice quiet place with attention to detail.

Nice quiet neighborhood. The apartment and everything in it is very clean, the sofa bed is comfortable- there’s a cosy little balcony with two chairs and a small table. The kitchen has everything you need. Easy access, parking with no assigned parking space can be difficult but it worked out for me.

Well equipped in a very good area

The apartment is well-equipped and it’s located on the first floor. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. The center is about 13 minutes away by car. You also have plenty of public transport nearby. There are a few stores around, and the supermarket Netto is just a 7-minute walk. Our host responded quickly to our questions. I highly recommend it!

Mieszkanie przestronne,czyste, otoczone zielenią widoczną z okien, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i łazienka, spokojne osiedle o niskiej zabudowie, miła i pomocna obsługa.

Apartament nie ma przypisanego miejsca parkingowego, jest to dużym minusem ponieważ na małym osiedlu znalezienie miejsca do zaparkowania w godzinach wieczornych graniczy z cudem. Zimno, mieszkanie ma centralne ogrzewanie i zależne jest od sezonu grzewczego.

Bessere Erklärung, wie das digitale Zahlenschloss an der Haupteingangstür zu nutzen ist. Schwer zu findende Parkmöglichkeiten auf öffentlichem Grund.

Wielkie minus za brak parkingu

Pozwolono nam zameldować sie szybciej, po wcześniejszym kontakcie z właścicielem za co bardzo dziękujemy. Byliśmy po ciężkiej podróży i zależało nam na odświeżeniu sie i odpoczynku. Lokalizacja świetna. Spokoj i cisza na przyjemnym osiedlu. Bardzo blisko sklepy oraz przystanek autobusowy. Apartament duży, wygodny i czysty.

No i tutaj ogromny minus za brak miejsca parkingowego. Właściciel poinformował nas ze nie trzeba rezerwować miejsca, no oczywiście ze nie skoro takiego nie było. Można zajmować miejsca nienumerowane których było może dwa. Dla mnie to nie do przyjęcia. Skoro wynajmuje sie apartament powinno sie zapewnić parking tym bardziej ze nie było to centrum miasta tylko osiedle. Pewnie takie miejsce jest przypisane do apartamentu lecz nie dla gosci. Musieliśmy jezdzic i szukać dość długo.

Nie zawsze jest łatwo z zaparkowaniem samochodu .

Гостювали місяць у Щецині, та були дуже задоволені апартаментами. Світла, чиста, простора квартира. Що дуже важливо - тиша, привітні і доброзичливі сусіди. Гарний контакт з господарем, навіть 31.12 у вечері )) Нове обладнання самої квартири - великий +. Ніщо не викликало а ні огиди, а ні невдоволення. Про паркінг, що і писала раніше - так, але не складніше ніж припаркуватися у Львові чи Києві 😉 Дякуємо за гостинність!

Затишне, тихе місце для сімейного відпочинку.

Простора та світила квартира, все що необхідно було у наявності. Поряд знаходяться магазини, аптека, зупинка громадського транспорту та невеликий парк.

Є нюанси з паркінгом, він майже весь у приватній власності.
