Very well equipped, clean, perfect location.
The sofa wasn’t very comfortable. Couldn’t close the bedroom window and was very noisy outside, being so central.

The apartment was nice, and the facilities were good. it was in a great location- easy to get into the city centre by walking. It was clean and modern, and we had very few issues with our stay, which were addressed during it. Videos of how to get into the building were very helpful.
After paying the £250 deposit and getting confirmation, we left the apartment clean and tidy, the hosts have not sent this money back and continue to ignore my messages, resulting in me having to contact booking.com. There were many opportunities for bad communication, including not answering the calls when they had not sent our key code through which should have been done before arrival.
