The staff were all wonderful, breakfast was delicious, the location was great, the room was spotless on arrival.
The decoration in the room was very tired, the bathroom in particular needs to be redecorated and cracks in paintwork need to be addressed. The room was not cleaned in the three days we were there.

Ece Hanım ve tüm otel çalışanları çok ilgili ve profesyoneldi. Oda tertemizdi ve kahvaltı harikaydı. Ayasofya ve Sultanahmet’e yürüyerek 6-7 dakikada varmak mümkün. Karşıdaki Garden restoran da gayet güzel.

The location was good.Conveniently situated near city center, public transport, restaurants, etc, which made it easy to get around.
The rooms are not soundproof at all, and noise travels easily throughout the hotel. At 4 a.m., other guests arrived and it genuinely felt like they were entering my room. The room itself was extremely small — no more than 8 m² — which makes it almost impossible for two people to stay comfortably. You could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring rooms.
The fridge in the room didn’t work, and the breakfast was very limited in variety. Towels were only replaced on the second day, despite being visibly used.
