We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn't be happier with the experience. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived, and every member of the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. They truly made us feel at home. We were also pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful birthday celebration during our stay, which made the trip even more special. It was such a lovely gesture that we genuinely appreciated. A special thank you to Kemal, who went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. He was always attentive, friendly, and happy to assist with anything we needed. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and would gladly stay here again. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was great value for the price. Location was great.

The room looked a little dated although it was very clean and tidy. Washroom had a tiny exhaust fan.

Lovely place to stay! The staff was very friendly and polite. The stay here was wonderful; everything we needed was provided. Everything is clean. And I have to mention the breakfast. The best I’ve ever had at any hotel in Istanbul! A wide selection of everything—salads, desserts. There was a vegan in our group, and she usually has a hard time finding something to eat for breakfast, but here it was a different story.

The hotel is located on a quiet street. The breakfast is delicious, and it's clean.

We didn't like the basement room at all! It's very small windows face the sidewalk where the hotel staff sit, smoke, and talk loudly from early morning until late at night! It's a family room, so it really doesn't suit us. Is not easy to find it too !
