One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The location was perfect—very close to everything. The room was extremely comfortable and spotless, with everything you might need. But the highlight is definitely the owner. He was amazing throughout our stay—always attentive, happy to help with any detail, and a pleasure to talk to. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience.

Let's start with the location : in a very old and central neighbourhood, very close to the main attractions : Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Cisterne Basilica. The room : was very good, with all you need for a pleasant stay. The room was clean, with AC, with comfortable beds, with clean and modern private bathroom. Every morning we had continental delicious breakfast included. Now, let me tell you about the owner, because he is an extraordinary, kind, funny and helpful person. Ayvas is the greatest host that I have met in many years. He makes you feel just like home. After you meet and know him, you will see that he is more like a friend than a business owner. When we come back to Istanbul we will definitely stay at his hotel again. Greetings, Ayvas !
