We had an excellent experience at Arena Hotel in Istanbul. The hotel was very comfortable, the rooms were spacious and perfect for our family of four, and the breakfast was amazing.
What really made our stay special, however, was the incredible kindness and help from the receptionist and hotel staff. Our flight arrived late, and we had only about 45 minutes to get from the airport to a Bosphorus cruise that we had booked for 8:00 p.m. We were also having internet problems at the airport and could not figure out exactly address where we needed to go. Thankfully, I had arranged our taxi through Booking.com and the hotel. The hotel staff helped identify our cruise booking and communicated with the taxi driver so that he knew exactly where to take us. Everything came together because of their help, and we were able to make our reservation. I was extremely grateful because without their assistance, I am sure we would have missed it. When we were approaching the cruise area a men asked "Are you the guess from Arena Hotel", I have not idea they have been helping us to get there.
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The concierge also kept our luggage for us without any problem, which made our day in Istanbul much easier.
I would absolutely recommend Arena Hotel, especially to families. Wonderful hospitality, spacious rooms, great breakfast, and most importantly, staff who genuinely went out of their way to help us. Thank you for making our time in Istanbul so memorable! -We did lost my kid white bunny there, but is not the hotel fault ... THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP

Nice Hotel,giving vibes of time gone buye. They supported baggage storage which is a nice bonus.
Most older hotel don't have enough electric plugs at the right level for older customers or enough in the tec wold.
