Appartement bien placé et très confortable.
Cuisine pas très fonctionnelle mais pour le prix c’est correct.

L'emplacement est idéal, à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la Mosquée Bleue, de Sainte-Sophie et du tramway. La climatisation et la machine à laver sont très appréciables. Le linge de toilette est mis à disposition, ce qui est un vrai plus. Le manager, Kadir, est de très bon conseil, attentionné et réactif à chacune de nos sollicitations.
En revanche, le ménage laisse à désirer. À notre arrivée, nous avons dû passer la serpillière nous-mêmes. De plus, la terrasse commune sert uniquement à étendre le linge : il n'y a ni terrasse privative, ni ménage quotidien, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans la description.
